Data Location and Security

Acuna platform data is hosted in Swiss infrastructure. Landing page form submissions are routed via FormSubmit and delivered to our team inbox.

We use minimal functional cookies for language preferences and session management. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your Rights

EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Swiss residents have equivalent rights under FADP.

Data Retention

Personal information provided through contact forms is retained for the duration of the business relationship or as required by law.

Third-Party Services

Acuna uses FormSubmit (form routing), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
