Assistant, mapping, and drafting in the workflow
Acuna embeds AI where practitioners actually work: navigation help, cross-framework suggestions with confidence, and drafting support for controls and risks. Token usage is visible so programme leads can govern cost alongside value.
Capabilities
Aiko is available from every page to answer compliance questions, suggest where to click next, summarise status, and highlight gaps. It is scoped to help you move work forward, not replace your judgement.
When you map requirements across frameworks, Acuna suggests candidate links with a 0-100% confidence score. Suggestions at or above 70% can auto-select so you are not clicking through hundreds of pairs manually.
Generate first drafts for measure, control, and risk descriptions; surface gaps in coverage; and produce short status summaries for steering packs. You edit and own the final wording.
A usage dashboard shows input, output, and total tokens, request counts, monthly limits, and a usage bar. That makes it practical to allocate AI budget per workspace or programme.
FAQ
Aiko is Acuna's built-in assistant, reachable from the product chrome on any page. It is designed for in-app guidance, summaries, and gap hints rather than generic chat unrelated to your programme.
Each suggestion includes a confidence score. Acuna can auto-accept from 70% upward; below that you review manually. You remain accountable for the mapping decisions auditors will test.
Treat AI features like any other subprocessing decision: confirm the current data processing terms in your Acuna agreement and DPA. Do not paste regulated data into prompts if your policy forbids it.
The token dashboard shows consumption against your configured monthly limit. When you approach the cap, programme leads can throttle usage or request a higher allowance before work stalls.
